What services does Eventify offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of event services including wedding planning, corporate events, birthday parties, catering, entertainment booking, photography, decor design, and full logistics management. We can also handle the entire event from start to finish or individual components based on your needs.

How far in advance should I book?

For large events like weddings, we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance. For corporate events and parties, 2–3 months is typically sufficient. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability — contact us to check!

Do you offer custom packages?

Yes! Every event is unique, and we tailor our packages to match your specific budget, vision, and requirements. We offer flexible options that can be adjusted at any point during the planning process.

What areas do you cover?

We primarily operate across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, with the ability to plan events in other locations across Nigeria and even internationally. Our team is experienced in destination events and can coordinate logistics anywhere.

Can I see past events?

Absolutely! We have an extensive portfolio of past events including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. We'd be happy to share our portfolio and case studies during our initial consultation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options (Paga, Paystack, Flutterwave). We also offer flexible installment plans to make budgeting easier. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
